THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House team member to join Wake The Tiger, supporting the day-to-day operation of our Amazement Park and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors.
This role involves a mix of guest engagement, operational support, and covering Box Office and Gift Shop breaks, ensuring visitors have a seamless and magical experience from entry to exit.
December: Shifts will be discussed during the interview process.
From January onwards: Set working days are Wednesday to Saturday
- Wed–Fri: 11:00–15:00
- Sat: 09:45–18:00
During school holidays: Wednesday-Saturday, 09:45-18:00.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors throughout their journey.
- Support Box Office and Gift Shop teams during break cover periods.
- Deliver warm, friendly, and informed visitor interactions in line with Wake The Tiger’s values and tone.
- Uphold health and safety standards across the venue.
- Monitor visitor flow and ensure all guests enjoy a positive and safe experience.
- Report any maintenance, safety, or customer issues promptly to the Duty Manager.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment throughout the attraction.
- Contribute to the daily opening and closing procedures of the venue.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Essential
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Experience in a fast-paced front-of-house or customer-facing role
- Reliable and punctual with good time management
- Availability to work the required fixed days and hours
Desirable
- Till operation or cash-handling experience
- Previous experience in retail, tourism, visitor attractions, or hospitality
- A genuine passion for creativity, storytelling, and immersive experiences
