We have created an Accessibility Guide, including a visual and written journey to maximise your experience, which you can download below. We have also created an accessibility map for each level of the experience which you can view here.

Whilst most routes around the experience are well designed for accessibility, there are a few small areas which may not be suitable. Please note this is one reason we can’t allow pushchairs in the experience, but they can be safely stored on arrival.

Parking

Our on-site car park features limited spaces (including blue badge spots) on a first come, first serve basis. Pay on exit via card/contactless at our box office machine or the ECPparkbuddy app. Rates: £3 for up to 3 hours and £1 for each extra hour. When full, alternative parking is available at Bristol Fruit Market (£5/day, just a 5-minute walk). Note: Access is only during opening hours; extra fees apply for off-hour releases.

Is catering included in your exclusive venue hire packages?

Our exclusive hire packages are tailored to meet your exact requirements. Whether you require a hot buffet or smaller nibbles, our team will work with you to create a menu that satisfies all your guests, including those with specific dietary requirements.

How far in advance do I need to book the venue?

If we’ve got space, we’ll do all we can to accommodate late minute bookings, right up to the day of your event. That said, reservations fill up fast, so it’s best to get in touch as early as possible.
