We offer 3 birthday packages for children between aged 5 – 17 years, available for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 children. At least 1 responsible adult (18+) must accompany every 10 children. The package prices include 1 free adult (18+) per 10 children.

Birthday packages are available during our usual opening hours, with the last bookable slot at 16:00.
The time you choose when you book your birthday package is for entry to the experience. We’ll reserve a table for you in The Guildhall Café from 30 minutes after you enter the experience and that’s yours for three hours. For example, if your booking is for 10:00, your table will be reserved from 10:30 and you will have this table until 13:00.
No decorations, such as balloons or confetti etc, are allowed (but don’t worry – we’ll make a special fuss of the birthday person)
Yes, if you choose the Portal Package, you can bring your own cake with you to enjoy in The Guildhall Café at the end of the experience. Please give your cake to the team when you arrive and they will store it safely for you.
For safety reasons we cannot allow candles into the experience or The Guildhall Café.
No other food or drink, other than a cake with the Portal Package can be brought on site or consumed, other than baby food or for medical reasons.
Yes, but be aware that other costs may apply. Please be sure to mention this on the booking form in the Additional Information section.
No. Only people with tickets to the experience can join the party in The Guildhall Café.
No refunds can be given under any circumstances for any tickets when purchasing the birthday packages. This includes the birthday package ticket price or for any additional adult tickets purchased at the same time.
