As far as travel to and from the venue are concerned, there are plenty of convenient options:
- If you’re driving, we have a small on-site car park with limited blue badge spaces on a first-come. For those travelling in larger groups, we also offer coach and minibus parking, ideal for corporate events and work bookings.
- For guests arriving by train, we’re less than a 20 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station, or a 5 minute taxi ride.
- For those cycling, you’ll find a safe and simple route from Temple Meads here. We provide cycle parking in our car park as well as a Tier e-Scooter and e-Bike park onsite for eco-friendly travel options.

If we’ve got space, we’ll do all we can to accommodate late minute bookings, right up to the day of your event. That said, reservations fill up fast, so it’s best to get in touch as early as possible.

Yep! Our events team will work with you to ensure that catering is in keeping with your vision. We do ask that confirmation of food requirements and allergens are communicated no less than 14 days before your event.
We require a 50% deposit to secure all bookings at Wake The Tiger. This is non-refundable, with the remaining amount due 14 days before the event.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 60 days before the event:
Should you cancel more than 60 days in advance, you will lose the initial 50% deposit.
- Between 60 and 31 days before the event:
Cancellations made 60 to 31 days before the event will lose the 50% deposit plus an additional 20% of the charges.
- Between 30 and 8 days before the event:
If you cancel between 30 and 8 days in advance, you will lose the 50% deposit plus an additional 30% of the charges.
- Within 8 days of the event:
If you cancel less than 8 days in advance, you will lose the 50% deposit, an additional 50% of the charges, plus any additional costs incurred by the venue on your behalf.
Yes, we’re able to provide on-site parking for guests. However, our carpark is only small; if you’re looking to hire our venue for a large event or corporate gathering, it’s worth double checking our parking capacity with a member of our team.
