Perhaps it’s the concern of how to ethically source the best Christmas tree instead of just not having one or quite simply it could just be Grandma’s bread sauce!

We have two options available; exclusive hire or to be part of our shared Christmas parties.

Exclusive hire, as it sounds, means the whole venue is exclusively yours for the whole night, from the car park to stepping into the experience to getting down on the dance floor; it’s all yours! And we have flexible pricing options depending on your size of group. The more people you bring the cheaper it is. Check out pricing below.

Shared Christmas parties means you’ll be in the venue with other like-minded people, can bring your whole team, or company, or maybe just your favourite person, with no minimum numbers required, and still experience an absolute banger of a festive party. You will, however get your own dedicated table and food, so no sharing of either of those things.

YOUR RETRO-MEGA-MAS PARTY INCLUDES:

Access to the Amazement Park and OUTERverse attraction areas for two hours, which will all be themed with festive décor matching the season
A welcome drink for each of your guests
A festive feast served buffet style, including a desert grazing table and hot mains
An evening disco in our themed Guildhall bar area with a DJ for the last two hours of the event
7pm arrival. Mon, Tues, Weds & Sun finish 11pm. Thurs, Fri & Sat finish Midnight
Additional drinks packages also available
All staffing including a dedicated Event Manager, and our fantastic team of front of house staff in costume to elevate your experience

So we’ve whet your appetite, but your next TWO questionS ARE, what’s this all cost and is my date available?!

For shared Christmas parties it is £59.50 ex.VAT whether you come alone or bring everyone with you. No hidden extras and all the goodies mentioned above included.

For exclusive hire, again everything listed above is included, but just for whoever you invite. In order to give an accurate quote just fill the below form in. Additionally for exclusive hire, we can easily throw more fun into the mix, like performers, actors, live music and so much more. All it needs is a conversation.

As we enter September, enquiries and bookings are seriously ramping up so the earlier you contact us the more likely we can help you. We cannot hold any dates. Your party will only be secured with a 50% deposit. Final numbers and payment are then due 14 days before the event.
